They became rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Customer care should not end once the money is received. I would not recommend this place based on my experience

Beware, don't take chances. A Very Disappointing Experience. The doctor and staff at Pof. Dr. Nida Gelinicik Kaçar Kliniği are polite and friendly to talk to. Unfortunately, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I paid a significant amount of money expecting a good outcome and the results that were promised to me. Sadly, the results did not meet those expectations, and I feel that the promises made before the procedure were not fulfilled. I was also concerned about the hygiene protocols I observed during the operation, which in my opinion did not meet the standards I expected for a medical procedure. In addition, scheduled appointment times were not respected, which caused further frustration. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision before spending a substantial amount of money. Please do your research carefully, ask detailed questions, and make sure you are comfortable with the standards and expected results before proceeding. For me, this was a very expensive and disappointing experience, and I sincerely wish I had been more cautious before making the decision. Don't be influenced solely by titles, friendly smiles, or promises—make sure the actual results and standards meet your expectations. I am considering to escalate my issue through legal and official channels, to stop such practices.

Let me start with the positives, because I want to be fair: The clinic is indeed beautifully decorated and furnished, giving a very high-end, luxurious first impression. The staff and Prof. Dr. Nida Gelincik Kaçar are polite, friendly, and quick to smile. My first appointment actually started on time, which initially gave me confidence. However, that is where the positive experience ends. For my second appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour and a half past the scheduled time with no real explanation or apology. It felt like a complete disregard for my time once I was already committed. More importantly, the actual treatment results have been deeply disappointing. None of the promises that were made during the initial consultations have been achieved. Despite the friendly talk and reassuring smiles, the outcome simply does not match what was discussed or paid for. My honest advice: If you are looking for genuine, positive medical results, look elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the fancy titles, the beautiful interior design, or the courteous small talk. Save your money and your time—this clinic over-promises and severely under-delivers. I deeply regret my decision to trust them. I am considering to escalate this issue through the legal and official channels.
