From my very first interaction until the end of my visit, I was impressed by the high level of professionalism, care, and attention provided. The experience began with excellent customer service through WhatsApp. Communication was prompt, clear, well-organized, and professional. I also greatly appreciated having assistance in English throughout the entire process, which made communication easy, comfortable, and reassuring. During my visit to the clinic, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional level of care and attention to detail, as well as the quality of the products and materials used, the modern equipment, and the advanced technologies available. The doctors and nurses were highly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing the highest standard of care. Overall, it was an outstanding and very positive experience from beginning to end. I will definitely return to Dr. Attial Clinic and look forward to benefiting from their services whenever I visit Istanbul. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so kind and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. The clinic was very clean and spotless, and the whole staff was professional from start to finish. They answered my questions, never made me feel rushed, and really took good care of me. I’m so glad I chose this clinic and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

I had Morpheus8 done on my chin and 4 weeks later I still have the scar marks on my chin. I was told they would be gone by 2 weeks but now they are saying that it’s my fault because I should have known it could take longer to heal. They did not offer an apology, refund or make any effort to fix the mistake. They are all kind until there’s an issue then they switch up. 6 weeks post treatment update: The scars still remain, I’ve followed the after care steps for 6 weeks now and no improvement. They say they will “offer assistance” but all they’ve done is recommend new products to buy that are all topical which won’t help the calcinosis cutis they caused; I paid $600 extra for a dermatologist because I didn’t trust the doctor here saying it was “acne”, turns out it wasn’t.

I was initially quite nervous about undergoing the treatments, both because it was my first experience and because I have an allergy and a chronic condition. I wasn’t sure whether it would be suitable for me, and I was also concerned about the possibility of an unnatural result. However, during the initial consultation, the doctor immediately reassured me, answering all my questions with clarity, professionalism, and care. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I was impressed by the kindness of the staff, as well as the impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Aydin is highly skilled and extremely meticulous. Together with his colleague, he ensured that I achieved a beautifully natural result—exactly what I had hoped for. I felt completely safe throughout the entire experience. The environment is spotless, and the nurses are exceptionally professional, attentive, and kind. I highly recommend this clinic without any hesitation—it is truly a serious and trustworthy place. I am truly grateful to the doctors for taking such great care of me. 🩷 And a heartfelt thank you to the entire team. I will definitely be returning!

Honestly a really good experience. The whole team felt very professional but also genuinely warm, which makes a big difference. Dr. Attila and Dr. Cemile take their time to explain things clearly and you feel in safe hands throughout the process. What I also really appreciated was how transparent they are with pricing — it feels fair and consistent, without any difference in treatment between international patients and locals. Nothing felt rushed or overly commercial, which I valued a lot. Overall, very smooth and well-managed experience.
