My implants had been placed incorrectly, my scars had healed poorly, and overall my breasts were a real challenge for a revision surgery. After this experience, I had lost a great deal of trust and traveled to Istanbul feeling very anxious and uncertain. Even before I arrived, I felt that I was in good hands. I was picked up directly from the airport, taken to a beautiful hotel, and everything—from the hotel and transfers to the medication and appointments—was perfectly organized. I had my nose surgery as well as my under-eye bag surgery in February of this year with Dr. Ali Riza Yildirim in Istanbul. I decided to take this journey alone, so I was a bit nervous and unsure about how everything would go at first. After arriving in Istanbul, I was picked up from the airport by a transfer service and taken to the hotel, which was included in the surgery package. The hotel was truly beautiful and located directly across from Dr. Ali’s clinic. Shortly after checking in, his assistant picked me up, and once I was at the clinic and met the doctor, all my worries disappeared. I knew I was in exactly the right place and that he would fulfill my wishes as best as possible. My goal was to have a natural-looking nose that suits me. After spending one night in the hospital, I stayed another night at the hotel and then flew back home, where I removed the cast myself. At first, my nose was still very swollen, but you could already see the direction it was going and imagine how it would look later on. I wanted to take my time with this review until my healing process was largely complete so I could report honestly and transparently. I love my nose, and my eyes look very natural. I now look fresher and younger, but still like myself. I have already recommended the doctor and would do so again anytime.
