I definitely do not recommend this clinic. In March, I had a GyneFix IUD inserted at this clinic and was told it would be followed with annual check-ups. However, four months later, despite experiencing 12 days of heavy bleeding outside my menstrual period and a new foreign-body sensation that I had never felt before, I was told that the IUD was in the correct position (misdiagnosis), and I paid 5,000 TL for that examination. Months later, during intercourse, the IUD/string caused physical injury to my husband . Only then did it become clear that the IUD had not actually been in the correct position. Despite the physical and psychological harm caused and the clear misdiagnosis, the clinic refuses to take responsibility and instead states that “according to protocol, free check-ups are only provided within two months after insertion,” and continues to demand payment for another examination. After such misdiagnosis and improper handling, this approach is highly irresponsible.

This clinic seems to follow a protocol where financial considerations take priority over patient well-being. When the initial treatment doesn’t work, hormone therapy is their fallback, without a thorough reassessment or a more patient-centered approach. My wife and I were fortunate not to experience side effects, which raises concerns about how cautiously their treatments are prescribed.

I came here from the USA for a vaginal procedure. Dr. Ebru Unal is very knowledgeable in her field and answered all my questions. I read a previous review from someone else about Ebru not completing a procedure and having stitches not put in right and it made me nervous. I reached out to the clinic and they assured me that everything will be fine. I was nervous about the procedure but she assure me that I would not feel any pain. The staff were very nice and friendly. I am now 8 days post op and healing nicely. Dr. Ebru is available after post op to answer any questions. Sent her photos as I'm back in the US and she answered them. Just waiting for the healing time to be over to see results.

From the moment that I have entered till I left her premises it was just in one word perfect! Safety, feeling comfortable and highest technology was the most important points that I had.She was so friendly, a good listener and made me to feel very comfortable. Her team also has a very good energy the combination was very good and professional. I strongly suggest her for any cosmetic surgery that you might need also since she has a very good international background this was an add on on her professional experience for me.
