I had surgery with Dr Hasan Tuna Türkmen, including a rhinoplasty, neck lift and temporal lift, and overall my experience has been really positive. From the very beginning, communication was easy and reassuring. Before travelling, we had a video consultation where he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. Once I arrived, both the doctor and his team were incredibly kind and attentive. The assistant was always responsive, helpful and made the whole process feel well organised and calm. The surgery itself went very well. I’m currently just over a week into recovery and, although there is still some swelling as expected, I’m already very happy with the results. My nose looks beautiful and I genuinely love how it has turned out. Everything is healing nicely so far. The hotel accommodation was comfortable and the whole experience felt smooth and well taken care of. I truly felt supported throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Dr Hasan Tuna Türkmen and his team.

I had surgery with Dr. Turkmen at Turkeyana Clinic, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The results left me botched, and when I expressed my concerns, I was repeatedly told to “just wait” — a response that proved to be nothing but false reassurance and empty promises. What’s even more disturbing is that instead of taking responsibility for the outcome, Dr. Turkmen insisted that I return and pay an additional fee to fix his mistake. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone who claims to be a board-certified surgeon. I urge others to be cautious. Do not let the clinic’s polished image or the overly positive (and possibly fabricated) reviews mislead you. A true professional would stand by their work, not hide behind vague excuses and ask patients to pay twice. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. This experience was both emotionally and physically exhausting, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

If something goes wrong with the surgery, they will choose to escape. Dr. Tuna performed a breast augmentation surgery on me, but the implant on my left breast slipped down. When I lay flat, I could touch the entire implant in my left lower breast, which caused my left breast to become a pancake. I communicated with the doctor's assistant many times, but she didn't respond to me for half a month. Dr. Tuna was unwilling to take responsibility.

I had Rhinoplasty with Dr. Tuna last week and was very excited first time i met, how he explained me all details about the surgery and after healing process. The result is amazing and i am very satisfied. Great Job and thanks a lot again for him and his assistance Mrs. Ilayda.
