I underwent rhinoplasty with functional correction performed by Dr. Kale, while my husband had an eyelid lift procedure. My breast lift surgery was performed during the same anesthesia session by Dr. Kale’s partner surgeon, Dr. Yavuz. The results for both of us are absolutely perfect, and we are extremely satisfied. Dr. Kale is an exceptionally skilled, experienced, and confident specialist. In my case, he also corrected the consequences of a poorly performed septum surgery from many years ago, and for the first time in my life I can truly breathe properly through my nose. The aesthetic result is exactly what I had hoped for: natural, harmonious, and perfectly suited to my face. The entire organization and level of care exceeded our expectations by far. The transfer driver and the German-speaking assistant were incredibly helpful, reliable, punctual, and available at any time during our stay in Istanbul. I would especially like to mention that the driver, doctors, and assistants all speak excellent English, which gave us a great sense of comfort and security. The hospital care was impeccable. The nurses were kind and attentive, and I was kept under continuous observation after surgery. We were provided with all necessary medications, so we did not have to worry about anything. We highly recommend Dr. Kale, his partner surgeons, and the entire team, both professionally and personally.

Dr Kale literally saved my life. After a 3 failed rhinoplasty surgeries, meeting with him was the most precious thing in my life. After my last surgery I had a skin problems and the cartilage inside my nose was just started collapsing, which made me feel very hopeless. I also had already lost my ear cartilage from previous operations, which made me very desperate. Dr Kale used my rib cartilage and reconstructed my nose all over again. What he did was not just another surgery, it was a life changing for me. Before, I didn’t even want to go outside because of how my nose looked and how bad I felt. Now I can breathe much better, I sleep way better and I’m finally happy with my new nose. Whatever I say , it won’t pay the efforts he provided and the work that he has done for me. I will be grateful forever. 🙏

In January, I had a cosmetic nose surgery, and I can only recommend having it done by Dr. Hayati Kale. I felt safe throughout the entire process and came home with a result I am truly happy with. My surgery is scheduled for May 27, and I will update this review afterward with more details about the anesthesia, hospital experience, and surgical results. So far, everything has gone smoothly. The assistant, Yasin, has been kind and helpful throughout the process. The driver, Theo, was also very courteous and made both the airport transfer and consultation day easy and stress-free. The consultation with the doctor went great. He listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and made me feel safe and confident moving forward.

I had the surgery 3 weeks ago and I want to say that DR. Kale it’ s the best . I had a great experience with my surgery and him . It’s a doctor who makes u feel confortable, confident , and inspire u . It’s very professional. In the same time the surgery was perfect , the recovery is going well without pain at all . I recommend him from the bottom of my heart.
