I had my surgery on the 18th September. My entire experience was amazing and more than pleasant. From arriving at the airport, to checking in the hotel, and then arriving at the hospital. The nurses at the hospital were very kind and helpful and assisted me with any enquires I had. Meeting Dr Isil for the first time her smile alone made me so comfortable. We chatted about my surgery and expectations and Dr Isil was very honest and upfront about what we could achieve and I was super grateful for this as this showed the level of care and genuineness from Dr Isil. We had a nice chat and joke and it felt more like speaking to a close friend. I was very nervous about going under general anesthesia as I thought my procedure would be done under local. The thing I loved the most was that I was given my sleeping injection before actually seeing the operating room, as my last surgery I wasn't put to sleep until I was on the operating table, thus making me 10x more anxious. After coming out of surgery I was very relaxed. The nurses took very good care of me. Even as far as my procedure went, I am currently 4 days post op and I have zero bruising and only minimal swelling. This shows how great Dr Isil's technique was and how gentle she was while operating on me. I even went to the local shopping mall after my surgery and was stopped and approached by 2 different people. They wanted to know who had done my surgery and asked for details as they were really impressed. I cannot thank Dr Isil and her team enough for the amazing treatment and experience I had received. I am now looking to go through another procedure with Dr Isil and cannot wait as I have full trust in this Dr and team, and know they will take great care of me. Thank you once again.

Dr Isil Akgun Demir and her team are the best in my experience, everything was organised for me, it was easy from the moment we spoke on the phone to finishing the proceedure and returning home. Great communication, fantastic results. I could not be happier. 🫶🏾 I would definitely reccomend this surgeon to anyone. 10/10 all round.

The doctor is AMAZING! Her results are incredibly precise and she made sure to discuss the whole process and results with each patient analytically. She made sure not only for the surgery to go perfect but also her patients to feel safe and in good hands given the fact that she is always on their sides. Personally I was really afraid in the beginning before I had met the doctor but after we talked she made me feel relieved and at peace. She always listens to the patients and helps make it the best possible experience :). She was incredible and I'm very glad she was the one who did my surgery.

I recently had my BA surgery with dr.Işıl. A year ago I had the chance to have a face to face consultation while I was in Istanbul,the consultation went smoothly she was very attentive,caring and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated how she takes her time and doesn’t rush you, also how she was openly talking about the risks and discussed every detail on its own.one year later I went back and had surgery with her, this time I had the chance to meet her team,a very professional one that made sure everything goes as planned,especially miss Shahad who was there from the final consultation till the day I left and whenever I needed anything she was there answering even late at night.As a foreign patient i can say their aftercare is very good, a team with great communication makes a huge diffecence. I cannot begin to explain the exceptional service of Dr Isil’s practice. Before my appointment I was messaging them on WhatsApp with my questions (on their day off) and they gave me all the information I needed. They were so fast to respond. The day of my appointment they went above and beyond- from answering any other concerns, to recommending me a place to get my eyebrows done. And also, the result of my Liplase is stunning, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thankyou to everyone at the practice!!! And Dr Isil!!! 🙏💕
