I first came to Dr. Meliz four years ago, thinking I had started perimenopause. From my very first appointment, her professionalism, compassion, and supportive nature made her my preferred gynecologist. She has guided me through this transition with exceptional care, supporting me not only physically but emotionally as well. One thing I truly appreciate is that she welcomes my husband into our consultations, recognizing that the changes I am experiencing also affect him. By including him in the conversation, she has helped us navigate this journey together, making me feel supported rather than alone. Dr. Meliz's focus has always been on helping me embrace the second half of my life with confidence, good health and fulfillment. I am deeply grateful for her care, empathy and dedication. Meliz listened to and respected all of our birth preferences, and provided us with any additional advice, knowledge and expertise that we needed. We felt respected, supported and understood through every step of the process. During the birth, we had our own birthing suit, birthing pool and we felt very secure and comfortable, the perfect environment for our little baby boy to come into the world. Knowing that our baby was in Meliz’s capable hands, I was able to relax and concentrate on supporting my partner through the birth. Our baby boy arrived happy and healthy with absolutely no complications and Meliz and her team were brilliant throughout.
