It was my first time getting Botox, and thanks to Dr. Nagihan, I felt very comfortable from the very beginning. She listened to me patiently, explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, and made the whole process stress-free. She is very kind, friendly, and professional. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend her, especially to anyone who feels nervous about their first treatment.

I feel obligated to share my experience in order to warn others. I visited this so-called cosmetologist in Istanbul, and what I went through was deeply disappointing and frankly alarming. I was convinced to undergo four procedures in the same session: Morpheus8 with microneedling, fractional CO2 laser, and mesotherapy with salmon DNA. At the time, I trusted the doctor’s recommendation, but I later learned that these procedures should never be performed together and are normally spaced weeks apart due to their intensity. What is even more concerning is that all four procedures were completed in approximately 45–50 minutes, including anesthesia. This raises serious questions about the quality, safety, and professionalism of the treatment. It was a Friday afternoon, and it genuinely felt rushed, as if the doctor was eager to finish quickly rather than provide proper care. The procedure itself was extremely aggressive. I was in visible discomfort, with tears in my eyes, yet I was repeatedly told “just a little more” as each treatment continued. There was no real attention to my pain or well-being. Additionally, before the procedure, I was directed to another room and encouraged to pay in cash instead of by card, which felt unprofessional and questionable. I paid over €1000 for treatments that were rushed, improperly combined, and ultimately damaging to my skin, with no positive results. The outcome has been distressing, both physically and emotionally. In my opinion, this experience reflects a lack of medical ethics and professionalism. I strongly advise anyone considering treatments here to do thorough research beyond online reviews. Unfortunately, I chose this clinic based on high ratings, which I now seriously question, as many of them do not seem genuine. Please be cautious when trusting someone with your face and health.
