I came all the way from London, and honestly, we rarely receive this level of care, patience, and attention there. Irem was also incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring throughout the whole process. Since this was my first cosmetic treatment, I was naturally nervous afterwards, especially being alone in another country, but they were always reachable, reassuring, and quick to respond whenever I had questions, even during weekends.
