I called to make an appointment, they gave me one 8 days later at 11:00. They called the day before and told me to come at 11:30. I waited there at 11:20, 40 minutes in total. There was no doctor, they kept telling me to wait 10 minutes. I had another appointment elsewhere, so I left. Being made to wait 40 minutes is very disrespectful, in my opinion.

Staff & welcoming feeling is great, as it supposed to be to feel at home. Ms. Dr Sirin is very friendly, explained all procedures and only starts the cure when it’s allowed or correctly. She really takes her time with you before she starts anything. The second session was also very nice and with a completed feeling. She’s gracious and open, a trendy personality as a doc.

I should have written a raving review last October when I had my treatment but after having bad Botox in the US near my home, recently, it makes me appreciate the incredible skills of Dr. Çelik. I was in town just for a day in Istanbul but found her practice before I arrived and connected initially through WhatsApp. Her office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Çelik evaluated my face for botulinum toxin and fillers and did an incredible job rejuvenating my face. Her placement of botulinum toxin was perfect and I didn’t need a touch up. Her filler placement was also exactly what I needed without it being too much. I only wish that I lived closer so that I could come back soon!

Şirin Hoca might be the best dermatologist I can confidently entrust myself to. What impressed me most is that instead of recommending the same procedure to everyone, she tells them what they really need. I love her "less is more" approach. She's especially the best at lip fillers. They look so natural. The clinic and the team's energy, plus Şirin Hoca's sincerity, are a bonus. Every room is spotlessly clean and sparkling. They ask for my doctor's name after every procedure. I wholeheartedly recommend Şirin Hoca.

I haven't left a doctor's office this satisfied in a long time. The doctor is extremely attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the treatment process clearly. I'm so glad I chose him. I highly recommend him.
