I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my recent consultation experience with Sureyya regarding a revision rhinoplasty. My friend and I had high hopes based on the clinic’s reputation, but the entire process was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, felt like a rip-off. Before the consultation, I took the time to thoroughly communicate with the assistant, clearly explaining my needs and expectations for the revision rhinoplasty. I provided all necessary documentation, including CT scans, photos, and detailed notes from my previous surgeon, to ensure the doctor was fully informed about my medical history and prior procedures. Despite this, during the Zoom consultation, it was evident that the doctor had not reviewed any of the materials I sent. This lack of preparation was incredibly frustrating and made the consultation feel rushed and ineffective, even though the virtual setup was otherwise fine. To make matters worse, the pricing quoted for the surgery was shockingly inconsistent. Initially, the assistant informed me that the procedure would cost approximately €20,000, give or take. While this was already on the higher side, I was willing to consider it. However, after the consultation, the assistant called me and quoted an outrageous €40,000 cash for the surgery. This massive discrepancy came with no explanation, and I was left stunned by the sudden doubling of the cost. For comparison, I consulted with top surgeons in New York City, including Dr. Ghavami, who is known for working with high-profile clients like Kim Kardashian, and their fees were significantly lower at around $25,000. To be quoted €40,000 for a procedure in this context feels not only unreasonable but outright unethical. This experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency, failure to review critical medical documents, and the exorbitant price hike without justification are completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to approach this clinic with caution and thoroughly research other options before committing. I expected professionalism and clarity, but instead, I encountered disorganization and what feels like a blatant attempt to overcharge. I will not be moving forward with this clinic and am deeply disappointed by the entire ordeal.

My rhinoplasty surgery experience with Dr. Sureyya Seneldir was outstanding. It far exceeded my expectations! I am a 19-year old girl from Los Angeles California. When I considered having my nose done, Turkey was the farthest thing on my mind. However, as I researched the obvious local choices from Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, I began to see reviews from people who had theirs done in Turkey. I compared the work of top surgeons from Los Angeles and Turkey, and was surprised when I did not see tangible differences. The economics made a lot of sense too; I could go on a several week vacation with my Dad to stunning Turkey, have my nose done by the best surgeon there for less than what it would cost to have it done here in LA. That’s exactly what I did. I interviewed the top surgeons in Istanbul over Zoom but Dr. Seneldir outshined them all. My father had some doubts about the whole idea and would have pulled the plug on the surgery itself but his concerns dissipated once we had our first in-person meeting with Dr. Seneldir. Important note: My experience took place during COVID-19 (December 2020). Proper care and precautions were applied throughout the process. Consultation and office visit Here is how I would describe Dr. Seneldir: Humble, attentive (remembered the tiniest details discussed during zoom consultation and messages), organized, caring, meticulous. He is also patient and generous with his time. For the several meetings we had, he always greeted us in person and exuded the confidence of a top professional. The tastefully decorated office is located in an exclusive area of downtown Istanbul. It is spacious, modern/high-tech (yet feels homey), has a simulation area, exam room, and a photography studio. Speaking of photography, Dr. Seneldir is an avid photographer. He shared with us many of his beautiful personal photographs over his travels. Hospital: Surgery performed at the renowned American Hospital. Went there two days ahead of surgery for blood work. Multi lingual, extremely helpful translator from Syria on staff helped with the paperwork and discussions with medical staff. He also kept dropping by to check on us throughout our subsequent stay. Hospital has a good cafeteria, restaurants as well as coffee, gift, flower shops. Hospital room Got a large corner room with excellent view and a gorgeous private full bathroom. It had a sofa-bed for companion which is pretty convenient so my father did not have to get a room in a nearby hotel. Meals and drinks were provided to both of us. Stayed there over night. Surgery Some brief tests performed on morning of surgery. A pleasant yet very reassuring young surgeon who assisted Dr. Seneldir dropped by for a visit. There was also a quick meeting right before surgery with Dr. Seneldir himself. Met with surgeon and assisting surgeon afterwards for a brief yet pleasant update. All went well during surgery. Hospital Medical Staff Competent staff supported immediate recovery and overnight stay. Post-surgery recovery and visits Follow-up care with Dr. Seneldir exceeded expectation! Very accommodating and responsive. Healing was fast and outcome a week later is impressive and on target. Overall experience High marks throughout the whole experience. Three weeks after surgery, the results look amazing! I’m told that over the next few months my nose will look even better. Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Sureyya Seneldir.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with Dr. Süreyye, whom I consulted for rhinoplasty. I realized I had overestimated some people. Despite stating repeatedly before the surgery that I didn't want to undergo multiple operations, my nose is crooked, the bridge of my nose is not significantly corrected, and the sides of my nose are completely different, including the nostrils. I completely regret it. They said it could be corrected with a short operation, but even that wasn't successful. How can I transfer one experience to another? They said the bridge of my nose could be corrected with artificial cartilage, but even that wasn't corrected. I absolutely do not recommend him. I wasn't satisfied at all; only the lid part was decorative, the inside wasn't solid. If I could add photos to the review as proof, I would. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I'm really writing this with emotion, because three whole years have passed, and I'm so happy I want to write about it everywhere. You simply won't find a better doctor in the world.
