I'll comment at length later on the entire process, but I was very dissatisfied. It was unpleasant that he would say "I'm so good, I'm amazing," and then when he couldn't succeed, he'd say completely unrelated things and treat the patient as a CUSTOMER. You responded to my comment, and in reply: If you didn't treat your patients as customers, you wouldn't say "bring 10,000 and we'll take care of it immediately," or "bring 5,000 and we'll take care of it immediately," both statements made a month apart. You said you cured me, but you didn't, Mr. Tayfun, you're mistaken. When I first came for an examination, you told me: "I've been doing this for about 40 years, I've never missed a problem, I'm the best in my field." When I asked what would happen if it recurred, you said it was impossible, and if it did, you wouldn't charge me or would charge a very small fee. And it recurred, just a month later. And you asked for half the amount I paid for the first procedure; you were the one who said, "Bring 5,000 and we'll take care of it immediately." It's obvious from your statement that you're looking at this from a customer's perspective, not to mention your tone of voice!
