Dr. Yunus Dogan and his team provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. Dr. Yunus is extremely experienced and genuinely cares about his patients, and his fellow doctors are skilled and professional, especially Dr. Cemil Isik. Most of the nurses were amazing and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Office manager Kim was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable, while the multilingual case managers—especially Aldon—were incredibly kind, helpful, and wonderful with people. Jaime’s patient companion program was a huge help in making sure I had the right hotel setup, care, food and supplies after being discharged from the hospital. The lymphatic massage therapists, especially Esra, also did a great job. What stood out most was the amazing coordination and logistics across the entire team to ensure patients were well taken care of. Of course, everyone has a different personality, but overall, the team was highly professional and always trying to do their best. On top of the excellent care from Dr. Yunus and his team, having the surgeries performed in a large full-scale hospital is a major advantage—these are real surgeries, and being in a fully equipped hospital in case of an emergency or need for a specialty is incredibly important. I give them an A++ for that. Would I choose Dr. Yunus and his team again for another surgery? Absolutely.

I had my surgery with Dr Yunus Dogan and his entire team, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I travelled alone for this procedure, which was quite daunting at first but from the moment I arrived, I never felt alone for a single day. The team’s daily check-ins, their attentiveness, and their professionalism made such a difference and gave me so much comfort throughout the whole journey. Dr Yunus Dogan is truly exceptional. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and understood the outcome I was hoping for. He was reassuring, patient, and supportive every step of the way, which made me feel completely confident in his care. A very special thank you to Yasmin, my coordinator. Her warmth, beautiful smile, and positive energy instantly put me at ease. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, especially when I was feeling nervous about coming alone. Her organisation skills are honestly incredible—everything was smooth, well-planned, and stress-free because of her. “Thank you” doesn’t even begin to cover how grateful I am to the entire team. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout. I’m already looking forward to coming back for my next surgery as discussed. Love, love you all .
I need to say a huge thank you to Dr. Doğan’s team for being with me through the whole process. They made it easy/stress free and were transparent from the first conversation to the check ups after surgery. My coordinator was Jason, he quickly answered my messages, kept me up to date on what I need, and when I was being discharged from the hospital came and helped me to the transportation provided by them. Being from U.S.A and getting surgery abroad, I thought I was going to be nervous/unsure, but since there was complete transparency from the beginning you knew what to expect. Now I want to give a huge thank you to DR. Doğan, his work is unbelievable. I’m still super swollen but am loving my results and see where they are going. He is double board certified, understands the “look” you’re going for, listen to what you’d like and gives his honest opinion on what procedures needed to get the look you want. THANK YOU TO ALL HIS NURSES! He has a nurse that works with his office on the floor each shift and they check on you frequently, get you up walking, if you’re in pain let the floor nurse know you need meds. They were absolutely phenomenal!
Serious Concerns About Patient Care and Transparency I underwent surgery with Dr. Yunus Dogan in May 2026. Before travelling, I specifically paid extra to stay at the Marriott Hotel as part of my recovery. However, immediately after surgery, I was placed in a completely different hotel called La Quinta. To describe La Quinta as a downgrade would be an understatement. The room was tiny and lacked basic facilities that are essential for post-operative recovery. There was no kitchen, no washing machine, and not even a proper walk-in shower. After undergoing major surgery, I found myself recovering in what felt like a budget box room that was entirely unsuitable for the needs of a surgical patient. When I raised this issue in the WhatsApp support group, several patients came forward to support me. Others were equally shocked when it emerged that La Quinta reportedly costs around £75 per night. I had paid for the Marriott, yet I was placed in accommodation of a vastly lower standard. My coordinator repeatedly claimed that the Marriott was fully booked. What I later discovered was that room prices had increased significantly due to a national holiday, reportedly reaching around £500 per night. If that was the case, why was I the one forced to absorb the consequences? I paid for Marriott accommodation and expected what I had paid for. Instead, I was quietly moved elsewhere without transparency or proper communication. What made the situation even worse was the response from the support team. Rather than addressing the issue openly, I was pressured to discuss it privately. This immediately raised concerns about professionalism and transparency. It created the impression that protecting the clinic’s image was more important than addressing a legitimate patient complaint. Had I not raised the issue publicly within the group, I am convinced nothing would have changed. Only after considerable pressure and extensive discussion did Kim, a staff manager from Dr. Yunus Dogan’s team, finally arrange for me to be moved to a more appropriate hotel with facilities comparable to those originally advertised. I would also encourage prospective patients to seek information from multiple independent sources before making a decision. There is another WhatsApp group, managed by a former patient named Donna, where patients openly discuss their experiences, including revision surgeries and complications following procedures with Dr. Yunus Dogan. Unlike some other groups, discussions there appear to be less restricted, allowing prospective patients to view both positive and negative outcomes and form their own conclusions. I was informed by other patients that discussions regarding revision surgeries and certain negative experiences are discouraged or moderated in Ess’s WhatsApp group. If true, this raises concerns about whether prospective patients are being given a complete and balanced picture of patient outcomes. In my view, patients deserve access to honest, uncensored feedback—including successful results, complications, and revision cases—before committing to surgery.
Great doctor! With a skilful eye for detail. Many doctors I consulted with recommended a procedure I did not want. However, Dr Yunus listened and gave realistic expert advice. I love love my results and I’m super happy with my experience! Especially his nurse Damla! She is the true definition of a nurse that cares. May God bless him and his team 🙏🏾 💗
