I strongly advise you to read my review before choosing this clinic. I only visited this clinic because I was unhappy with the color of my upper canine teeth. My teeth were perfectly normal in shape, and my only goal was a cosmetic color change. I requested a very thin laminate veneer. However, during the procedure, my teeth were cut much more than they should have been, diagonally, and irreversibly reduced in size. The result was a huge disappointment for me, both aesthetically and functionally. My teeth are now diagonally inward, and the laminate veneer also follows the direction of the cut teeth, also diagonally inward. They ruined my originally perfectly shaped teeth. When I explained the situation, they intervened a second time, but they distorted the shape of my teeth so much that the problem wasn't solved. After this process, I developed sensitivity in my teeth. I started experiencing discomfort and pain while chewing. The most upsetting thing was the clinic's approach, despite me clearly explaining the inconvenience I experienced. My expectation was for responsible, solution-oriented, and professional communication, but instead, I heard phrases like, "You're so beautiful, let this just be," which I couldn't believe, and I only realized what kind of place I'd fallen into after it was too late. Looking back today, I believe my healthy teeth, which I initially only wanted to change the color of, have been damaged both aesthetically and functionally. Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Sezen, who excessively cut my teeth and caused me great pain. She insists on performing procedures even if you don't want them and never takes the patient's complaints seriously. I'm sharing this review hoping others won't experience what I went through. I strongly advise everyone to do thorough research before undergoing such irreversible procedures.

We chose this clinic for our 4-year-old daughter and were very pleased. Our doctor, Dr. Betül, was extremely attentive, patient, and professional. She explained the procedures to my daughter in a way she could understand. My daughter felt very comfortable, wasn't scared at all, and the process went very smoothly for us. The small gift she gave after the examination also made her very happy. Overall, the quality of service is truly excellent.

Dr. Sezen is very meticulous and professional. Despite being kind and gentle, she focused very well and performed my treatment beautifully. I commend her for her excellent work. Many thanks to her.
