I took my wife for dental treatment, and the environment is very clean, sterile, and spacious. I would like to thank Dr. Arzu for her knowledge, friendly approach, and meticulous workmanship. Eight crowns, root canals, fillings, and curettage were performed, and the treatment process was completed with great satisfaction. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dental treatment.

It was the WORST experience of my life. In April, I went in with severe toothache. They said the tooth was fine but there was a high infection in the root, and that a root canal would fix it. They couldn't numb it properly, they gave me 5-6 injections, and each time they touched my tooth, I screamed in pain. They kept saying it shouldn't hurt, but I cried hysterically with each injection. They even scared me by saying things like, "If we don't remove the infection, you won't be able to stand it, just endure it," etc. She was a young female dentist. I told her how much it hurt each time, crying, and then she said, "Let's pull it out, it will never recover," which I also felt. In the end, I left there with my hands and feet trembling from the pain, after they stopped the procedure. I insisted they at least prescribe medication for the infection, otherwise they wouldn't, and they kept saying, "Just endure it, let's pull it out." The next day, when I went to another private clinic in Kartal, I learned that what they called an infection in my tooth root was actually a large cyst, and that I would lose my tooth because they had dislodged it by trying to pull it out. Normally, with proper anesthesia, only the cyst could be removed. My tooth was extracted due to a botched procedure. Furthermore, the doctor I went to said, "You feel pain because of this cyst, how can they perform a procedure without anesthesia? Of course it will hurt a lot, your nerves are there because of the cyst," and got angry. Also, the pain was so intense that I screamed and my jaw tensed so much it almost dislocated. I even received manual therapy to correct my jaw. When I called to report the situation, they said they would call back, but they never contacted me, and they didn't even apologize. It's such an indifferent and uncaring place; I won't even go near their door again. Also, the injections they used were of poor quality; they couldn't even numb the area properly, leaving my mouth full of holes. They should at least use a mild anesthetic spray first, then an injection. If they can't numb the area properly, they shouldn't do it. This is a complete disregard for people's pain.

I am absolutely thrilled with my visit to this dental clinic! Both the professional teeth cleaning and the whitening treatment were performed with the utmost care and expertise. The teeth cleaning was very thorough, yet pleasant and gentle. The team took their time, explained everything clearly, and created a relaxed atmosphere. I am more than satisfied with the results of the whitening treatment. My teeth are noticeably brighter and still look natural. The result even exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to emphasize the friendliness, professionalism, and high level of expertise of the entire team. You feel completely at ease from the very beginning.

I was terrified of having a root canal, but it wasn't as scary as I thought. Ms. Esra was so calm and attentive that all my fear disappeared. Her assistant, Ms. Dilek, was also very friendly and sweet. Both of them made me feel comfortable throughout. I was really pleased; those who are afraid of the dentist can go without hesitation. Diş çekimimi büyük bir özenle gerçekleştirdi, işlem öncesinde ve sonrasında yaptığı detaylı bilgilendirmeler sayesinde aklımdaki tüm soru işaretlerini giderdi. Sakin, nazik ve güven veren yaklaşımı sayesinde tüm süreci hiç endişe yaşamadan geçirdim. Diş taşı temizliğim de aynı titizlik ve özenle gerçekleştirildi. Böyle temiz, hijyenik, güler yüzlü ve alanında profesyonel bir ekiple karşılaşmak gerçekten çok değerli. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir klinik.
