I had a treatment with Dr. Çagdaş at Klinik Aura in Istanbul this May. I was very frustrated with my dental work in Canada where you spend a lot of money and quality is not that good, so instead of doing piece meal fixes in Canada I decided to come to Turkey and get everything fixed together with bite adjustments and good quality materials. I contacted around 10 different clinics in Turkey, received some quotes, and chose to go with Aura Klinik, boutique dental clinic in Istanbul, due to their professional quick responses, good quality work examples and video they sent to me. Their quote was not the cheapest and they didn’t provide hotel to clinic transfer, but the hotel was only 10 minutes walk, & quite good. I wanted personalized treatment and a lot of attention to details, natural beautiful result. Quality of work and materials was a lot more important to me than the transfers. It was risky & scary, but a beautiful smile was my dream for a long time, & I’m glad I did it. I’m really happy with the result- my smile looks very natural and beautiful. Thank you, Dr. Çagdaş!

I had a dental implant done at this clinic, and within just three days, the tooth came out from the implant. I was shocked and very disappointed, especially after paying so much and trusting the clinic with such an important procedure. When I returned to inform them, I didn’t feel that my concern was handled with the urgency or professionalism I expected. Dental implants should last for years, not days. This experience has made me lose confidence in the quality of their work. I hope the clinic improves their standards and takes more responsibility for their patients’ results.
